No more AI tells: How we cleaned up client content

I run MediaBooks, providing marketing for accounting firms. AI-generated content was a pain with its telltale phrases. After some focused training, we've overhauled our process, making our content sharper and more authentic.

I own MediaBooks, a marketing agency exclusively serving accounting firms. Before, using AI for client content was a constant battle. I was always pointing out AI "tells" to my team, and it was embarrassing when one slipped through to a client.

Then came the Em Dash Rehab, one of the Willa presentations. We did a complete overhaul of how we use ChatGPT. It's early days, but I'm already seeing great results. This change is leveling up our services in a big way.

The De-AI writer was a game-changer. So was the voice identifier and its detailed questions. I wouldn't have thought to ask so many of those things myself. This combination gives us incredible specificity.

We've quickly seen improvements in our content. I also built a simple lead magnet quiz with Lovable.

In a lot of ways, I feel like I am a beginner with AI. These webinars have given me enough of a subtle introduction to a lot of these tools that help me have the confidence to actually try them out.
